So, let’s have a look at how the players played and what records they achieved.

Sarfaraj Khan can be named as a special attraction in this series. After a long struggle for years, he debuted for Team India in the Rajkot Test. He made a strong debut with consecutive half-centuries in both innings of his debut Test. With this innings,
Dhruv Jurel:
As a debutant, Dhruv Jurel had a magnificent start to his Test career. After receiving the debut cap from Dinesh Karthik, Dhruv smashed 90 runs in his first inning to save India from trouble, followed by an unbeaten 39 in the second inning. We should mention that Druv’s father was a Kargil War veteran, Nem Chand Jurel.

Rajat Patidar had the worst debut in this series compared to the other youngsters. There is no doubt that Rajat Patidar is an exceptional player. He played several spectacular knocks in the IPL and in limited-over cricket for Team India. Rajat scored 39 runs in his first inning of the first match; that was his highest score in this series.

Akash Deep was called into the squad as a replacement for Jasprit Bumrah. He debuted for India in the Ranchi Test. He made an immediate impact with a three-wicket burst by dismissing Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, and Ollie Pope. Now he is about to play the final test too. Hope he will definitely give his best in this match and bring the win to India.
