Rajya Sabha Elections 2024 Akhilesh Yadav
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said that everyone knows that the ruling BJP would go to any extent to win the Rajya Sabha elections. The ex-CM slammed the BJP, calling it dishonest during elections.
After the Rajya Sabha Election results, Akhilesh Yadav spoke to the media and said, “Not everybody has the guts to stand against the ruling BJP government.
We all have pressure on us. However, I wonder if there is anyone who doesn’t know that the BJP would go to any extent to win. The BJP was completely dishonest during the Chandigarh Mayor elections, too.
It did the same here in the UP. They did everything to get votes.”
While attacking the cross-voters, the former CM said, “Those who left might not have had the guts to stand against the BJP government.”
A definite action will be taken on those MLAs because our party never wants such people on our side, and we will make sure to keep them away from the party.”.
Earlier, the BJP got a humongous victory in the Rajya Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh. In the Yogi Raj, the party successfully won 8 out of 10 Rajya Sabha seats.
