Team India New Jersey Available For Purchase
India’s official kit partner, Adidas, recently unveiled Team India’s new T20 jersey in a unique manner at the picturesque Dharamsala stadium. The jersey features a blend of blue and orange colors. It also has tri-color stripes on a v-shaped neckline and saffron hues on the sleeves. Notably, the jersey displays the iconic three stripes emblematic of Adidas and the BCCI logo. The jersey is available for purchase both in stores and online starting from May 7.
A Sole Star Shines On The Jersey
Unlike previous T20 World Cup jerseys with multiple stars, Team India has only one star on its jersey in the T20 World Cup. This single star is a symbol of Team India’s success in this particular format. Team India won the first T20 World Cup title in 2007. The number of stars on a team’s jersey usually indicates the number of T20 World Cup titles that the team has won across formats.
