Manchu Vishnu’s performance, Ramjogayya Sartry’s lyrics, Prabhu Deva’s dancing, and song picturization all worked well together. The song is a spiritual chant for praising Lord Siva and receiving his blessings. The modest composition, full of passion, is a promising start for the film’s promotion.
Mohan Babu produced the film, which stars Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, Kajal, Sarathkumar, and others in significant parts. The film is slated to be released internationally on April 25.
Prabhas in Kannappa: Did He Charge a Single Penny for This Cameo?
Prabhas Remuneration For Kannappa
Prabhas, one of the highest-paid actors in India, is known for his blockbuster films like Baahubali and Salaar. Despite his busy schedule, he agreed to be part of Kannappa without any hesitation. Vishnu shared that he didn’t have to convince Prabhas to join the project.
“Prabhas was so gentle and sweet about it. I didn’t even have to convince him to sign this project. He happily came on board when I presented him the idea,” Vishnu said in an interview.
What’s even more surprising is that Prabhas didn’t charge a single rupee for his role. Vishnu emphasized that Prabhas valued his friendship with Manchu Mohan Babu, Vishnu’s father, and agreed to do the film purely out of respect and love for the family.
