But, Raghava is not very educated and does not do any job and wanders around as a swindler. On one occasion, Raghava, who had promised to take money from his father and start a business, loses it in a bet. As a result, Raghava becomes angry with Rama. Raghava makes a deal with a lorry driver to kill his father. Why does Raghava want to kill Rama? Does Raghava really have a grudge against Rama..? Will the lorry driver kill Rama..? To know this, you have to watch this movie on the silver screen.
Plus Points :
There have already been many movies on the relationship between father and son in Tollywood. ‘Ramam Raghavam’ also belongs to this category. The difficulties faced by a father who treats his son as his own life due to his behavior have been shown to us in this movie. Samuthirakani has played the role of the father very well. He has once again proven how well such roles suit him. Dhanraj also impressed in the role of the son.
The way the emotions are cultivated in this film impresses the audience. The scenes between the father and son connect easily. However, the son, who has a grudge against his father, is shown grippingly and how he tries to kill him. The way the twist is revealed in the second half impresses the audience. The emotional scenes are presented well. It must be said that they made the audience cry especially with the pre-climax and climax. Dhanraj has made a good effort as a director in telling an emotional story that connects with the audience.
Minus Points:
The audience takes a long time to get into the story of this film. The first half, which seems like a routine plot, is boring. Like in all films, it must be said that the story of a son who cannot fulfill his father’s wishes will initially annoy the audience. The first half, which is long and devoid of any interesting scenes, seems to be long. More focus should have been placed on the first half in terms of screenplay.
In this film, Dhanraj’s love track also did not work out much. The scenes related to it are not impressive. Also, comedian Satya’s attempt to make people laugh did not work out much. 30 Years Prithvi also seemed okay for a few scenes. His character should have been shown better.
In addition, it must be said that the songs did not help the film much. In some places, trying to elevate the characters does not impress the audience much. Despite the emotional climax, more focus should have been placed on making it engaging.
Technical Aspects:
It must be said that Dhanraj impressed as a director with this film. He tried to show the father-son relationship a little differently than other films. Durga Prasad Kolli’s cinematography work in this film is good. Every scene looks realistic. Although the songs are not very impressive.. the BGM provided by Arun Chiluveru is good. The production values are good.

Verdict: Ramam Raghavam Movie Review
Overall, it must be said that ‘Ramam Raghavam‘ is an emotional drama that will impress the audience to some extent. The attempt made to show the father-son relationship in a new way is impressive. However, the lack of any interesting elements in the first half.. the slow pace of the story did not impress the audience. If we exclude some aspects, we can try this emotional drama movie once.
